Everyone Wins with a “One-Stop Shop” Experience

One if the reasons I decided to join Sibcy Cline was because of the support services offered not only to me but to my clients. For example, walk in to my Hyde Park office today and I can sit down and counsel you about the home buying process, have a Sibcy Cline Mortgage loan executive pre-approve you, and even have Sibcy Cline Insurance give you an idea of your home insurance costs. Talk about a productive afternoon!


Apparently that ease and efficiency appeals not just to me.  According to a 2008 Harris Interactive consumer survey,

home buyers who used a one-stop shop in their latest real estate transaction were more satisfied with their overall experience than those who used services from multiple providers.

Currently 44% of the nations real estate firms have some sort of one-stop shopping approach- so when you think about finding your next real estate professional consider the ancillary services that can make the entire transaction smoother for both the buyer and the seller.
